Belmont Pool
Brief description of fishery:
The Belmont Estate consists of a series of pools, all of which are mainly carp fisheries. The main water on the complex is Belmont Pool which is just over an acre in size and contains a number of specimen pristine carp from VS Fisheries and Coarse Fish UK. This is an out and out carp water for the serious angler.

Booking
- When booking, you are booking a slot, not a specific peg – you choose your peg on the day.
- All bookable day fishing slots are one hour before dawn till one hour after dusk and must depart no later than midnight, no return within 24-hours.
- All bookable 24 hour night fishing slots are 10 am to 10am next day, no arrival before 09:30 am, no return within 48-hours. Anglers must have their lines out of the water by the end of a session. Anglers arriving can place a bucket on any swim to reserve for fishing.
- Members MUST cancel their appointment once their session has finished.

- No vehicles are allowed on the driveway beyond the car park at any time.

General Rules
- Under no circumstances are takeaways to be ordered for delivery to the complex.
This is due to delivery drivers attending the entrance property and disturbing residents, particularly at unsociable hours. Any breach of this rule will result in a formal warning being issued. - Members MUST NOT block any footpaths
- Junior non-members must fish the same peg as the Senior member responsible for them, the Senior member must hold a membership that allows them to fish Belmont Pool and use a maximum of 2 baited rods at any one time on the same peg.
- No fires
- No matches to be held on the water
- No fish to be kept in a sling or sacked up.
- Fishing is only permitted from the designated swims except for Peg 7- Anglers fishing Peg 7 are allowed to use one stalking rod in the arm of Belmont Pool, all other rods must be wound in, you must carry with you a landing net and unhooking mat with you whilst stalking.
- Anglers fishing Belmont Pool are not to venture on to any other pools on the complex to fish during your booking period.
- Livestock must not be obstructed from drinking in the pools.

All anglers, especially long stay anglers, must ensure their toiletry requirements are catered for in a way that does not cause any offence or hygiene hazard to any other person/property. Bailiffs will ask what provisions have been made to comply with this rule, if provisions are not considered adequate enough: members will be asked to leave the water. All foul waste must be bagged and removed by the member; failure to comply WILL result in a lifetime ban.

Heading west along the M56, leave at junction 10 and take the A559 sign posted Northwich. Continue for approximately 5 miles until you reach Sevenoaks Saddlers on the right-hand side. Immediately opposite is a left turn into Pole Lane, turn left at this point but rather than turn into Pole Lane, turn onto the driveway next to a flat-topped sandstone lodge. Proceed down this driveway onto the car park.
