Club Membership
Important Information
- Membership cards are now electronic (on mobile phone or tablet).
- Physical cards will be available for an additional fee in the near future.
- No club books will be issued – all information is available on the website.
- Payment is now via debit card.
- What is an overstamp? – The Estates Maintenance fee, referred to as an overstamp, entitles the member to fish designated, premier club waters between 15th March to 15th June inclusive. This can be purchased separately or earned via completing work parties. It is included as part of the Gold Plus, Diamond and Junior memberships.

- Membership is at the discretion of the Committee.
- All members must hold a valid Environment Agency Rod Licence when fishing club waters.
Important Information For Current Members
- Renewals for Gold Plus and Gold memberships: These open on 1st November each year – a reminder email will be sent to you.
- Deadline for renewal of Gold Plus & Gold Memberships: 31st January – guarantees your place.
- Gold Plus & Gold Members who do not renew by 31st January:
– Are at risk of losing their place.
– If you lose your place, you must re-apply via the waiting list.
– If you lose your place, you must pay the one-off joining fee if rejoining. - Diamond Memberships (66+): Only valid for members with 3+ consecutive years membership (please contact the Membership Secretary) Cost: £108.90

- Age: 17+
- Access: All waters – Still waters, rivers, canals
- Includes: Bait boat licence and overstamp
Gold Membership 2026
- Must join the waiting list – do this by clicking “Join Online” at the top of the page.
- Invitations: sent from 1st February
- Membership Cost: £145.20
- Joining Fee: £66
- Age: 17+
- Access: All waters – Still waters, rivers, canals, but limited during the overstamp period
- Does not include: An overstamp – can be purchased separately via the club shop or earned by completing work parties
- Does not include: A bait boat licence – can be purchased separately via the club shop
Silver Membership (Canals & Rivers) 2025/2026
- Open all year round
- Runs for 12 months from purchase
- Membership Cost: £82.50
- Joining Fee: £66
- Age: 17+
- Access: All canals & rivers only
Bronze Membership (Canals Only) 2025/2026
- Open all year round.
- Runs for 12 months from purchase
- Membership Cost: £36.30
- Joining Fee: No joining fee, unless upgrading to another membership at a later date.
- Age: 17+
- Access: All canals only
Junior Membership 2025/2026
- Open all year round
- Runs for 12 months from purchase
- Age: 12–16
- Membership Cost: £36.30
- Joining Fee: No joining fee until progressing to adut memberships (Gold plus, Gold, Silver).
- Access: All Waters – Still waters, rivers, canals.
- Includes: Bait boat licence and overstamp
- Special junior rules apply (See Rules Point 23).
