Woodside Pool

Brief description of fishery:

Woodside Pool is a small figure of eight pool which is approximately three quarters of an acre in size. It holds a good head of carp, silvers and grass carp. It is suited to match style fishing tactics rather than bite alarms etc.

Fish Size:

Carp, mostly small up to low double. Grass Carp up to 5lbs.

Directions

Heading west along the M56, leave at junction 11. Follow the A56 Chester Road until you reach the A533 Northwich Road. Follow the A533 for approximately 2 miles, passing Higher Lane, Hill Top Road and Delamere Way. Pass Dutton Hollow Farm on the right and approximately 300 metres later, on the left is Woodside Pool car park. All entry to the car park must approach from the left, heading from Runcorn. All exiting from the car park must turn left, heading away from Runcorn.
