Head east on M56, at junction 11, take the A56 exit to Runcorn E/Warrington, at Preston Brook Interchange, take the 5th exit onto the M56 slip road to N Wales/Runcorn/Chester, merge onto M56, at junction 12, take the A557 exit to Frodsham/Runcorn/Widnes, at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto A557, turn right onto Sutton Causeway/A56

Head south-west on M56, at junction 10, take the A49 exit to Northwich/Warrington, at Stretton Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Tarporley Road/A49 continue to follow A49, turn right at Willow Green Lane, parking is approx 1 mile from here as indicated on the map above.
Please be aware that there are residential homes and parking is limited. The club has been liaising with the C&RT team and have negotiated parking for our members at both Dutton Lock and Saltersford Lock. Please see both maps indicating where our members are granted access to park when visiting these sites. Please be respectful of all residents, and should you be challenged at any point, take their name, walk away and contact the club Secretary.
When parking at Dutton Locks please keep access clear of the hydro dam, thank you.

We have a reciprocal agreement with Port Sunlight Angling Club (PSAC) which allows Lymm Angling Club members to fish stretches of the Shropshire Union Canal at Christleton and between Backford, Croughton and Meadow Lane bridges together with the Weaver Navigation at Sutton Weaver with members of Port Sunlight Angling Club allowed to fish our stretches of the Shropshire Union Canal between Bridges 107 & 108, 108 & 111 and 111 & 120 and also the Llangollen Canal between Bridges 13 & 15, 15 & 22 and 25 & 33.
General Description
This stretch of the Weaver Navigation starts from where the A56 crosses the Navigation at the Sutton Weaver Swing Bridge between Sutton Weaver and Frodsham up stream for about 720 metres. Fishing on this stretch is under the direct control of PSAC.
The river here is deep and wide with a good head of coarse fish including Carp, Bream, Pike, Eels, as well as mixed silvers.
Members of Dee Anglers, Darlech AC, Liverpool & District Angling Association and Lymm Angling Club are allowed to fish this water through affiliation.

Parking
Parking is available on the verge just before the junction of the A557 on the A56 which has a dropped curb at the start.
